Question: I am having problems viewing some pages or content on the site.
Answer: If you’re using an older version of your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer 5.0 or older, or Netscape 6.0 or older) you may have difficulty viewing some of the content on the Third Way website. Upgrading — via a free download — to the latest version of Internet Explorer, FireFox, or a more current version of your web browser should resolve any issues you may be having.

Question: I am having trouble viewing a PDF document that I downloaded from the Third Way website.
Answer: You may want to try downloading the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download Acrobat Reader.
Question: How can I get help with a problem that was not listed, or resolved by the suggestions above?
